We are proud to introduce the Insulin MBeads Assay (10-1371-01), a high-throughput solution for accurate and efficient quantification of human insulin in vitro. Developed for researchers working with volume-limited samples, this assay enables highly specific detection from as little as 10 µL. It’s ideal for conditioned media, cell lysates, homogenates, serum, and perifusion samples derived from human cells.
Unlike the Total Insulin MBeads Assay (10-1353-01), which detects insulin from multiple species (human, mouse, and rat), the Insulin MBeads Assay (10-1371-01) is optimized exclusively for human-specific detection. It shows minimal cross-reactivity with insulin analogs or related molecules, offering unmatched specificity for human samples.
The assay also features an extended dynamic range compared to the Insulin ELISA (10-1113-01). This enables accurate detection across a wide range of insulin concentrations, reduces the need for sample dilution, and supports reliable results under variable experimental conditions.
