We are excited to announce the launch of MSVA’s newest product line, designed to meet the highest standards of immunohistochemistry (IHC) validation.

MSVA specializes in the development and rigorous validation of antibodies specifically for IHC applications. Each antibody in the MSVA range has been validated on Tissue Microarrays containing 76 different normal tissues and at least 20 different cancer types, following the validation guidelines established by the International Working Group of Antibody Validation (IWGAV).

Since its founding in February 2020, MSVA has tested over 7,500 antibodies. Of these, only 190 have been deemed optimal for IHC, highlighting the challenges and expertise required to identify truly reliable antibodies.

What sets MSVA apart is their exceptional product documentation for every antibody, which includes:

  • Detailed performance characteristics with galleries of normal and cancer tissues, showcasing approximately 100 images per antibody, all produced using an identical protocol.
  • Protocol suggestions for Dako, Leica, and Ventana immunostainers.
  • Summaries of large-scale studies applying MSVA antibodies to over 10,000 tissue samples from diverse tumor types, available on the MSVA homepage.
