114 PU Primer is universally applicable, water-based, serving as a bonding bridge - a specialized primer. After application, it can be overpainted with acrylic, acrylic-PU, and 2K PU coatings, as well as solvent-based, aroma-free alkyd coatings. It's suitable for various surfaces, such as durable old paint layers, noble metals (aluminum, copper, brass), galvanized steel, wooden surfaces, wooden moldings, plastics like rigid PVC, pre-treated steel structures, sandblasted surfaces, coil-coated surfaces, melamine-coated bases, etc. Note: It's generally recommended to perform an adhesion test according to the DIN EN ISO 2409 standard.
